1. Scroll to the Email Accounts option inside the Tools menu.

2. Select Add a new e-mail account from the options listed.

3. Select POP3 from the next list the appears.

4. Under User Information, enter your name and email address; ex: John Doe, johndoe@website.com

5. Under Logon Information, enter your full email address as your username, and enter your password.

6. Under Server Information, enter mail.stechusa.com under Incoming mail server (POP3) as well as Outgoing mail server (SMTP).

7. Click the More Settings button, and scroll to the Outgoing Server tab.

8. Check the box that says "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.

9. Select the "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" option.

10. Press Ok.

11. Press Next and then Press Finish.

12. Your email address is now setup and ready for use.

1. Scroll to the Accounts option inside the Tools menu.

2. Make sure you are in the Mail tab, and select the Add buttom in the top right, after doing so select Mail.

3. Enter your name in the box that appears.

4. In the box that appears enter your email address; ex: johndoe@website.com.

5. Make sure that the first line reads: My server is a POP3 server. Also enter mail.stechusa.com in the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP, HTTP) server box as well as the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server box.

6. Enter your full email address as your Account name, and enter your password. Make sure that Log on using Secure Password Authentication. is not checked, and press Next, and then Finish.

7. Now you should see your email account listed in the box that remains, highlight it and click on the Properties button on the right.

8. Scroll to the Servers tab, and check the box that says My server requires authentication under the Outgoing Server heading on the bottom of the box.

9. After doing so click on the Settings button to the right of the box you just checked, and make sure you select Use same settings as my incoming mail server, and press OK, then OK again.

10. Your email address is now setup and ready for use.
